- This bill continues the m ive debt overhang that triggered this situation in the first place. In the process it puts a m ive debt load on the ledge that will never be paid off, slowly crushing all those underneath in continuous "bailouts. - TRUE economic stimulus is enabling those who CAN make purchases to do so. The 15K tax credit would have greatly benefitted those who were qualified to buy homes. It seems to me that this stimulus is all about putting cash in the hands of the lowest tax brackets
- We all see things that we would like to have included, or excluded. The primary objective of the compromise between the house and senate was to get the total below $800 billion. We still have the FED and the treasury working on the housing problems. To me, the top priority is to reduce the job losses within the next 2 or 3 months.
